About the Department
The Engineering Services department is responsible for the management of all the facilities, utilities and infrastructures within Dubai Airports. A top quality infrastructure is essential for our company to remain the number one airport in the world.
About the Role
You are responsible to support the Section Manager to establish and manage the appropriate Service Level Agreements for all outsourced maintenance work. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to regular reviewing agreed SLAs to provide continuous improvement and also act as the representative from DA in any customer/stakeholders disputes related to the specific contract.
