Junior HR Recruiter -Doha

 Qualification : Any Graduate
 Experience : Must have experience minimum 3 years in recruiting Medical and Managerial Positions.

Work requirements:
The assigned individuals will be working under the direct supervision of the Head of Recruitment.
The assigned individuals must assist the recruitment team in providing a complete recruitment service (starts from the vacancy until the candidate is on board) for the PHCC for the period of one (1) year.
Understand the major responsibilities and the minimum job requirements for each position in coordination with the Hiring Managers and the Job Description team.
Source talents based on service need and underpinned by clearly defined qualifications, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience.
Source applicants from a variety of national and international sources.
Screen CVs and prepare short listing and communicates the results to the management and the concerned Line Managers.
Plan, prepare recruitment, organize and conduct all interviews.
Active participation in the job interviews.
Verifying candidates’ qualifications and experiences; and obtain other supporting documents, certificates, references. Etc.
Administer the signing of the job offers and negotiations if needed
Follow up on candidates in process and ensure proper communication with candidates and line managers
Ensure and follow up with the immigration/visa section with minimal delays in relation to credentialing, and MOL/immigration processing requirements.
Coordinate all logistics related to accommodation, transportation and tickets in coordination with concerned HR sections to ensure the proper allocation on timely manner.
Facilitate appropriate deployment for overseas and local candidates as per best practices.
Provide weekly updates to the hiring managers and the Head of Recruitment Section.
Ensure full engagement with PHCC recruitment team and sharing knowledge.
